Everyone who attended our Monthly Gathering on April 2 learned about imagery from Frank Young, a retired registered psychologist and a fellow Glacier member.
Frank explained how imagery guides our behaviour. Imagery is effective in setting up self-fulfilling prophecies of future behavior and performance.
John McCann volunteered to be part of Frank’s “Ring on a String” imagery demonstration at the front of the room. Other members were then given the opportunity to also test the “Ring on a String” theory.
